'Tis the Season'

...To Be JOLLY!!! We are finally trying to get into the Christmas spirit and yesterday seemed to help a bit. We took the kids on the Polar Express!!! (aka the Heber Creeper) The kids absolutely LOVED it. O has been so excited for weeks and C was hilarious when we went on the ride. It was really fun. Here's G and the kids waiting to get inside our coach, it was freeeeezing and I finally thawed out by the next morning.

Earlier in the day we made our annual trip to the Festival of Trees. We have been going ever since I was little. We had such a FUN time. O was so excited to see Santa and to go to the KIDS KORNER! We zipped through all the trees and the kids actually paid some attention to them. I wish I would have had my camera. Cher brought hers but when she got there her battery was dead so we only have our famous picture with the HOHOHO man. I love the FESTIVAL OF TREES!!

Jolly Old St. Nick at the Festival!!

Merry Christmas!! Last week we went to the Festival of Trees!! It was a lot of FUN and has been a family tradition for the last 20 years. We attempted to get a photo with the big jolly ho ho man, but as you can see they CUT our heads out of the picture. They said we were the only ones that it happened to blah blah blah!! I guess it wasn't meant to be. All the kids were freaked out anyway!! Zac and Jojo and some of their cute friends came with us so we had a fun group!! O liked the kids corner and loved watching the performers!! C liked the lights!! I liked the sweet shoppe!! This always helps me get in the mood for Christmas!! It's been a bit of a struggle this year but is going better now!!
